Mitch grew up on a farm in Humboldt, Iowa and is a graduate of Iowa State University with a degree in Agriculture Business. Mitch worked in commercial banking for 11 years assisting with mergers and acquisitions before joining a private equity firm, where he was for two years prior to launching Infusion Equity Group. Mitch is an entrepreneur at heart, making him the ideal partner for the companies he invests with and prides himself on serving as a sounding board for his trusted partners and companies.

Over the years as a commercial banker and investor, Mitch has gained a large network that trust his opinion and expertise. Doug is a seasoned finance and MA professional with over 25 years of experience driving value in private equity-backed businesses.

A CPA by training, he began his career at EY before spending over two decades as the CFO of CPM Holdings, Inc., a global processing equipment supplier. At CPM, Doug was a key driver of growth, leading finance, accounting, IT, HR, and MA.

He successfully completed over 25 acquisitions and managed multiple exits and financing rounds.

Doug joined IEG in late 2024. He is committed to IEG’s patient, long-term capital strategy and its focus on employees, customers, and investors.
